  By clicking "I Agree", you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms of Use outlined below and acknowledge full and complete acceptance that these terms govern your use of this Site. Any party wishing to use any of the Materials from the Site, for any purpose other than the limited purposes identified below, must request and receive prior written approval from QuikTrip Corporation.

Web Group Member Guidelines
 1. Registration must include a valid full first and last name and email address.
 2. Each person is allowed one web group account. Registering for multiple accounts will result in the accounts being deactivated.
 3. A person who wishes to join the Web Group must be at least 12 years of age.
 4. Each person may print and redeem only one coupon per promotion. Redeeming multiples of the same coupon will result in the account being deactivated.
 5. Each member must have access to a computer and working printer in order to print eligible coupons.
 6. Each Web Group member is solely responsible for the activity that occurs on and in conjunction with their account.
 7. QuikTrip may disable a Web Group account for any reason without notice.

Terms and Conditions
Access to and use of QuikTrip Corporation's images, text files and data on this Site are subject to the following terms and conditions:

 1. The text, images, and data on the Site are protected and may be covered by other restrictions as well. QuikTrip Corporation retains all rights, including copyright, in data, images, documentation, text, and other information contained in these files (collectively, the "Materials"). The copying, redistribution, use or publication of any of the Materials is strictly prohibited.
 2. QuikTrip Corporation makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy of the information included in this Site, and assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of this Site.
 3. Use of and browsing in the Site are at your risk. Neither QuikTrip Corporation nor any other party involved in creating, producing, delivering or maintaining the Site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the Site.
 4. QuikTrip Corporation may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting without specific notice to you. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore review this Agreement prior to using this Site.
 5. The governing law for the interpretation, application, and enforcement of these Terms of Use is the law of the state of Oklahoma. This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties governing the use of the Site, and if any provision hereof is severed, the rest of this Terms of Use Agreement shall continue to be binding and operative.
