Q. What is the QT Web Group and how does it work?
A.

By becoming a member of the QT Web Group, you will periodically be asked to fill out an online customer survey so that we may obtain your feedback on QuikTrip products and services. To be eligible to receive surveys, you must register. Just click on Sign Up and fill out the registration form. Once it is submitted, you will begin to receive offers via email within one day.


Q. How many times can I register?
A. Each customer is encouraged to join the Web Group, but can only have one registration. Multiple accounts will be disabled.

Q. How do I make changes to my email address and/or registration information (city, zip, etc.)?
A.

To update any information, click on Log In (or go to http://www.qtwebgroup.com ). Once signed in, click on "Change my email/personal settings" at the top of the page, change your information, and click submit.


Q. How do I unsubscribe?
A.

Click on Log In (or go to http://www.qtwebgroup.com ). Once signed in, click on "Unsubscribe from the Web Group" at the top of the page.


Q. How long do I have to print the coupon?
A.

Once you complete a survey and click submit, you will have the option to print the coupon now or later. Clicking Now will bring up the coupon page for a specified period of time. Clicking Later will allow you to print the coupon up until the survey expiration date.


Q. How many times can a coupon be printed and/or redeemed?
A.

Only one coupon is allowed to be printed and redeemed per promotion.  If more than one of the same coupon is redeemed, Web Group registration will be disabled. 


Q. Once I print my coupon, how long do I have to redeem it?
A. All web group coupons expire two weeks from the day they are printed.

Q. What if I have trouble printing the coupon?
A.

Check your printer and then check your internet option settings. When the submit button is selected, it uses Java script. It may be that you have something selected that isn't letting the script run. If you click on internet options, the advanced tab, and reset to default, it should fix this.


Q. How often will a survey/coupon be sent out?
A.

Typically, you can expect to receive a survey/coupon offer once a month, but there may be times when we send out additional offers.


Q.  What if I register and don't receive a coupon offer?
A.

In an effort to block SPAM email, some customers have set up their email accounts to only accept email from people who are in their email address book. Try adding qtpromotions@quiktrip.com to your address book. Your internet provider may also be blocking SPAM emails. Contact your internet provider to find out what you can do to allow emails from QT Web Group and/or qtpromotions@quiktrip.com.


Q. I just registered online and did not receive a coupon offer.
A.

We have an automated system in place to process any new registrations. This system runs periodically to pick up new registration information, and then the system sends out any applicable coupon offers to each customer. You should receive your coupon offer(s) within 1 business day.


Q. What PC environment do you support?
A.

QuikTrip utilizes Microsoft Internet Explorer as a means of communication for QT Web Group internet coupon application user interface. Unfortunately, results for users of other environments may be affected. We apologize for any inconvenience to these users.


Q.  Is there any preference to what Internet Browser should be used to access coupons?
A.

QT Web Group website is optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7.0 and higher. We attempt to make the website also work with the latest version of Netscape Navigator as well, but cannot guarantee compatibility with any internet browsers other than Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7.0.


Q.

What do I do if my coupon only partially prints?

A.

Your QT Web Group coupon will be accepted in one of our stores as long as it has the barcode, your name and the expiration date of the coupon. The coupon may be printed in black and white if you prefer. If any of this information is missing when you print the coupon, please email qtpromotions@quiktrip.com


Q.

What kind of printer should I use?

A.

You can use a laser printer or a high-quality ink jet printer. For ink jet printers, 600 dots-per-inch (DPI) is recommended. Our scanning equipment is not capable of reliably reading labels generated using low-quality ink jet or dot matrix printers.
